Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your Quad Cities Volleyball (QCVB, LLC) account and data.

Deletion Process

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so directly through your user profile settings.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

  1. Log in to your QCVB account.
  2. Click on your user profile icon in the navigation bar.
  3. Select "Manage Account" to open your account settings.
  4. Navigate to the security or profile section to find the "Delete Account" option.
  5. Follow the confirmation prompts to proceed with deletion.

Data Retention Policy

Please note that when you request account deletion:

  • Your account will be immediately deactivated.
  • Your information remains in our secure archives for a 30-day grace period.
  • After 30 days, all your personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems, including our backups.

If you change your mind during the 30-day grace period, please contact privacy@qcvb.community to restore your account.
